I listened to a podcast many years ago by a neuropsychologist – Dr Mario Martinez. He described a study he completed in which he found that post-menopausal women’s health was greatly affected by their cultural belief systems. For example, post-menopausal women in a South American country viewed these women as past their usefulness of contributing children to their society and as a result these women’s health dramatically deteriorated. Whereas post-menopausal women in Japan were revered by their culture, they were the matriarchs of the family, and as a result their health flourished in these later years.

MAGA FiZiQ is about the power, strength and creativity of the post mother and pre Wise Crone phase of the woman. 

She is gaining a new sense of freedom in life, is wise, often spiritually and emotionally more mature, has lived life and accumulated invaluable experience. She knows her mind and is more comfortable in her skin.  She has more freedom to delve deeper into her interests and what her purpose in life is. 

MAGA FiZiQ assists with this stage of the journey and its challenges, particularly with the physical, emotional  and mental symptoms of menopause.
