I CREATE FiZiQ is another in the  ENERGY CENTRE series. It corresponds to the SACRAL or second CHAKRA up from the Base Chakra.

As a musician and teacher, one thing I encourage my students to do is to ‘play’, CREATE, experiment with notes and sounds on their instrument. I love to see the joy in their faces when I encourage them to improvise along with me with simply 2 notes to a 12 Bar Blues accompaniment, how simple yet satisfying that they can create something new!

Music is the only discipline that uses both sides of the brain at the same time. Regardless of innate pitch ability, musicians’ brains have stronger connections than those who don’t play music. READ MORE   My students’ faces beam brightly when I tell them that they will have bigger brains in time! It is so important for  children to have exposure to learning an instrument throughout their childhood, to not only help develop their brains but to engage in the creative process. I started playing the piano when I was 4 years old and I haven’t stopped! However you are never to old to start! My oldest student started piano lessons with at 84 years of age! 

Working and playing with frequencies is transformative on so many levels. It’s how FiZiQ was born!

Just a little segue here – speaking of brains. My most favourite TED talks of all is with Jill Bolte-Taylor. As a brain research scientist, her personal story of studying her own brain through an event is spiritually inspirational and is a must watch. HERE  Particularly where she explains how both sides of the brain function – absolutely fascinating!

I CREATE FiZiQ is all about activating our innate nature as creator beings. If we can imagine something, we can create it into being.

The first definition of ‘ProCREATE’ as an intransitive verb is: To produce offspring; reproduce. As a transitive verb it means: To generate and produce; to beget; to engender.

I CREATE FiZiQ addresses fertility, reproductive imbalances – a fundamental aspect of the continuing evolution of our amazing human species. But also the fertility of ideas, desires, hopes and dreams. Through proactive CREATION, being CREATIVE, we bring something into being, give it life, live life, fulfil a dream, and encourage hope.
