CONNECTING HIGHER FiZiQ is another in the Energy CENTRE series. It corresponds to the CROWN or 7th CHAKRA. 

Connecting Higher is empowering our connection to our higher self so that we can become more of who we came here to be and do.

Many of us will ask ourselves at some point: “Why am I here? What is this place? What am I to do?” How can little me change what is going on?”, and so many other big questions. Too many it seems that we can be overwhelmed. 

When we ask these questions is there anybody listening? We need help! Well, help is always available, we just don’t realise it. 

There are many aspects to us. For example, we already know we can be a friend, a spouse, a parent, a child, a lover. Each of these aspects of us behave a little differently, but they are all still a part of us.

Enter our higher self! The Higher Self is the awakened part of you, the you that is aware of what lies beyond this physical realm, the part of you that is aware of the hidden parts and truths that your conscious self isn’t aware of. 

CONNECTING HIGHER FiZiQ provides a doorway through which we can enter and connect with that part of us so that it can assist us in doing our work here.

This is not a dreamy meditation FiZiQ, rather a slap around the head! – with LOVE of course. More like tough love! 

For so long we have been lulled into a coma about reality. With so much being revealed now, there is no excuse to not be aware. Not that we have to be outwardly involved in changing the world, but we do have a responsibility in being aware and recognising things aren’t right and so with better choices we can change ourselves energetically and that will be enough to trigger bigger changes around us. 

It is time to WAKE UP and get on with it!
