INVOCATION AND POWER UP
We all have those moments when we need to energise and power up. In doing energetic work like I do I use this technique several times a day.

FOR BEST RESULTS:
Sit or lay down quietly, where you will not be disturbed or distracted for a few minutes. Make sure you have a glass of water near by. Prepare by taking a few long, deep, slow breaths before pressing the play button and experiencing your Invocation and Power Up FiZiQ remedy. Once finished, close your eyes and allow the music, frequencies and visuals dance around you until all is quiet and still. Open your eyes and take a few long, deep, slow breaths again. Slowly sip your water, as it has been imprinted by the FiZiQ Vizual Rezonance Remedy while you were experiencing it.

INVOCATION
We give thanks to those that we are about to invite. We ask that this room, each home and the grounds become a sacred space. We invite the divine to be present. We invite great spirit, mother, father, God to be present. We invite great mystery to be present. We invite the compassionate and loving ancestors to be present, and we give thanks to them because without them, we could not be here. We invite the great teachers and masters to be present, especially those we have connections to and affiliations with. We invite the angels, the great beings of light especially the Archangels, especially the guardian angels, and especially the angels of healing. We invite the power animals, the totems, and we give thanks to them for loaning their power, their qualities, and for relationship. We invite the healing spirits of all the realms and give thanks for the healing that we know is going to happen. We invite the elements, earth, water, fire, air and sacred space, and we ask for a balancing of the elements. We invite the compassionate spirits and divas. We invite the earth, the sun, and the moon. We give thanks to the stars and the compassionate star people. We invite the directions and the guardians of the directions. We invite the four great winds. We give thanks to the spirits of the land where each of us is at, and we ask to be in harmony with you and to prosper here. We give thanks to the spirits of each place for allowing this work to happen here. And as always, we give thanks in advance for the blessings that we know will happen here. And we thank you.
POWER UP
Think of rainbows and allow the rainbows to inhale up into the bottoms of your feet. Notice that you building up your own power from inside of you shining outward. Now, Include golden, golden, electrified golden energy. Allow that to intermingle with your rainbows, fuller and fuller, brighter and brighter. Include the purity of the violet flame as it fills you. And the rainbows fill you and the golden energy fills you. You direct it with your thoughts inside of every cell of who you are. Include, sense, feel and know diamond like sparkles just shining out in all directions, just like prisms of light. Make sure that you direct all of this energy, all of this empowerment into all areas of your physical body. Allow it all to shine out and becomes a very natural part of your aura. Shine out through your back, in front of you, each side of you, beneath you and above you. See it shoot up from the crown of who you are, going way past the clouds, into the source of all that is, and allow The All to give back to you. See and sense the energy come back down into your physical body and throughout your energy field giving to you. It gives back to the earth and then the rainbows, the gold, the violet flame, the sparkles come back up through the souls of your feet like a fountain in a pond.
